In 2021, local charity YouMatter celebrate their 10th anniversary. To mark this exciting milestone, we are holding a ‘Flag Day’ on Saturday 22 May 2021. We are delighted to have been given permission to hold a street collection in St Helier on this date.
YouMatter work with young people to build their self-esteem and develop an understanding of their true value and worth. We run workshops with thousands of children and young people in Jersey every year to inspire them to make healthy, positive choices about their lives and relationships.
We provide high-quality, interactive and engaging workshops in schools, youth clubs and other community settings. We also offer sessions for parents and training for professionals. All of our services for young people are offered free of charge and we rely entirely upon donations to fund our work.
