Year 8 students from Victoria College have taken home the trophy in the 2022 de Putron Challenge.
The annual inter-islands quiz sees school children put their knowledge to the test.
The team beat Blanchelande College, which came out on top in that age group's Guernsey heats last month.
In a post on the school's Facebook page, Victoria College's team captain said:
"It’s fantastic that we’ve won. We were fortunate to have brilliant support from the audience."
Earlier in the day, pupils from Les Landes School narrowly missed out in the Year 6 age group, with Guernsey's Forest Primary School coming out on top by a single point.
Charlie Manners, Jack Steer, Callum Cunningham represented Les Landes School
Hayley de Putron, a Trustee of the Ana Leaf Foundation and founder of the de Putron Challenge, said:
"Congratulations to Forest Primary School and Victoria College for winning the inter-island final in their respective year groups.
The teams did so well and everyone who took part should be very proud of themselves.
Thank you to everyone who got involved and contributed to making another fantastic year for the de Putron Challenge."
