Aurigny is cancelling the majority of its UK flights during the second half of October because it says demand for travel is falling.
The airline says fewer people are wanting to get away as rising coronavirus cases across the water are leading to more areas being subject to 14 day quarantine.
Affected passengers are being contacted.
"With the UK now clearly experiencing a second wave we expect demand for travel to further reduce. Therefore, we are going to be cancelling the majority of our UK regional flying programme between the 19th October 2020 and 1st of November 2020.
However, we also understand that current restrictions are not a barrier to everybody, and some people still wish to travel regardless of the restrictions. The volumes of bookings still active on our Gatwick services suggest quite a few people are in this position and to meet their needs we are going to still be operating some Gatwick flights over the half-term period." - Aurigny statement.
Gatwick services will operate from Thursday 22 October for 3 days and Friday 30 October for 3 days. Southampton services are unchanged.
It is also waiving cancellation charges up to days before departure until further notice.
Aurigny has announced it will be will be operating flights to the Isle of Man over the October half-term holiday.
It remains the only destination islanders can return from without having to self-isolate, under the governments' 'air bridge' arrangement.
Three dates have been announced so far, with the airline saying it will operate more flights if there is demand.
