Men are being encouraged to embrace a moustache this November to raise awareness for men's mental health.
'Movember' is underway, with people across the globe raising money and awareness for the charity, which seeks to help men break stigmas around health.
People in Jersey are being asked to get involved by doing all sorts of things, especially by growing a moustache.
However, if you don't think facial hair is your thing, or you can't grow it, Adan Freeman from the charity says there are other ways of getting stuck in.
"We're asking people to 'Host a Mo-ment', they can bring people together - it could be a coffee morning, a few drinks after work - it's just to bring people together and really raise the awareness about men's mental health.
"There's research that shows that men being more disconnected and feeling more lonely can present itself in more troublesome health problems.
"They're more likely to suffer the symptoms of depression or anxiety and feel like they can't reach out to someone if they're struggling.
"We're encouraging men, their partners, their children and their families to really reap the benefits of men being more connected, having those conversations that could potentially save a life down the line."

Another initiative for islanders to join is: 'Move for Mental Health'.
This involves tackling 60km across the whole of November, which could be as simple as walking or running 2km a day, or setting yourself the challenge of doing longer distances.
Movember has stuck with 60km to represent the men lost to suicide every hour.
Adan says men's health is a huge issue at the moment.
"We've got too many men around the world who are dying too young, just having conversations can be a really difficult thing for men to do.
"As a result, men are feeling more disconnected, they're feeling more isolated and therefore facing health challenges without the support that they need."
Islanders can find more information about Movember on their website.
