Red Arrows And Spitfires Among Air Display Line-Up

The Red Arrows, Spitfires, and RAF Typhoon will be among the star performers at this year's Jersey Air Display.

The p-51 Mustang, Boeing 727, and Swedish air force flights will also be soaring through Jersey's skies on Thursday 9 September.

It was confirmed earlier this year that the Red Arrows would be returning to Jersey in September for the first time since 2018.

Last year's show had to be cancelled because of safety concerns relating to the coronavirus pandemic. It was the first Air Show in Jersey not to go ahead since 2011.

The display is one event still set to go ahead in Jersey this year.

Several have been called off because of continued Covid uncertainty - such as Channel Islands Pride, Gorey Fete, and the Battle of Flowers.

This year's Guernsey Air Display - also taking place on 9 September - will welcome the Battle of Britain memorial flight, a Lancaster, and two Spitfires.
