A 48 year old man has been charged with attempted murder and grave and criminal assault following an alleged stabbing in Jersey.
Luis Abreu Dos Santos has appeared in Jersey's Magistrate's Court this morning (19 October).
A woman in her 40s was found with stab and slash wounds at a home in St Helier on Sunday afternoon and was taken to hospital for treatment.
Mr Dos Santos has been remanded into custody to appear at the Royal Court on 17 December.
