The organisers of the Jersey Customer Service Awards are delighted to welcome Quantum Building Supplies in Jersey as the joint headline sponsors for the 2025 event.
Recognising exceptional customer service across Jersey, the awards give islanders the opportunity to nominate the individuals and businesses who go above and beyond. From retail assistants to hospitality staff, care workers to call centre teams, the event shines a spotlight on those who make a real difference in everyday life.
The awards are organised by Channel 103, with this year’s ceremony taking place at the Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel in Jersey on 9 October.
Nominations are now open in a variety of categories, and organisers are encouraging customers to take a few moments to recognise the service that has impressed them most.
John Bampkin, Group CEO for Quantum Building Supplies said, “Good customer service isn’t just about transactions - it’s about relationships.
“Across our business in Jersey, we know that strong service builds trust and loyalty, which is why we’re proud to support the Channel Islands Customer Service Awards and help shine a light on those getting it right.”
Event organiser Sandy Moretta added, “We’re thrilled to have Quantum Building Supplies on board.
“Their support helps us continue to recognise the unsung heroes of our islands.”
