Jersey Sport has launched a new range of classes to encourage more islanders to get active.
They're created for people who've never exercised before, not exercised for a while or those who want to get more active at a gradual place.
The Move More sessions include aquafit, gym circuits and mobility, can be taken without a membership and are free to people on Income Support.
49% of adults in Jersey currently don't meet the World Health Organisation's guidelines for physical activity.
No membership is needed for these classes. They cost £5 for adults and £4 for seniors (over 65s).
"Move More Jersey has been created to encourage more islanders to get more active, and one of our jobs is to help advise people how they can build more activity into their day.

"Our new MoveMore classes are aimed at people who need that extra support and encouragement to improve their health and fitness. There's a range of new Pay As You Go classes to try and anyone who is unsure of which class would suit them best can contact us for free advice." - Cirsty de Gruchy, Move More Jersey Manager.
