LibertyBus' electric double-decker has been taken off the road because of a 'mechanical fault'.
The new eco-friendly bus is in the island on a six-week trial, to see if the vehicle is suitable for use on Jersey's roads.
It had been operating between Jersey Airport and Liberation Station since the beginning of September.
A spokesperson for the bus operator says an engineer is visiting the island on Monday to try and fix the problem, and they hope the bus will be back on the road to continue the trial.
