A man in his 60s has died following a fire at a St Helier flat.
Firefighters were called to reports of a fire at Brighton Close on Columbus Street in St Helier at around 8.30am on Saturday (17 December).
Police have confirmed that one man - aged in his 60s - has died.
His family have been notified.
States of Jersey Police say the 'cause of the fire will be investigated, however it is not thought to be suspicious'.
