Three engines, a water carrier and 19 firefighters attended the scene of a major house fire on Route des Camps.
Huge flames were seen coming from the property at around 6pm on Wednesday evening (14 September)
The owners and their pets got out safely having been alerted to the blaze by a smoke detector.
Two fire engines were dispatched initially. A further On Call engine from the Western Fire Station was then deployed, along with a Water Carrier from town.

The mains supply had to be severed to the property.
The extent of the damage to the home meant crews couldn't get inside to isolate the electricity supply, and Jersey Electricity had to cut the mains in the road.
Eyewitnesses say the home was nearing the end of a two-year rebuild.
The cause of the blaze is being investgated.
