A man has been charged over the deaths of the three fishermen who died when their vessel - L'Ecume II -collided with the Commodore Goodwill.
In a brief statement, Jersey Police said they had arrested and charged a man in connection with Operation Nectar - the codename for the force's investigation of the collision at sea on 8 December 2022.
Skipper Michael Michieli and crew members Jervis Baligat and Larry Simyunn died after their fishing trawler, L'Ecume II, was in collision with Condor Ferries' Goodwill freight ship off the island's west coast.
SoJP said:
"The man was arrested in the UK in an operation which was carried by SoJP officers supported by UK forces and conducted in liaison with the Law Officers Department."
The suspect has been brought to Jersey and appeared in court this morning charged with three counts of manslaughter.
Artur Sevash-Zade, a Ukranian national in his earlier thirties, has been remanded in custody until 6 September.
Police said their thoughts remain with the families of the men who died.
