A pay review panel has begun a survey to let people from Guernsey and Alderney have their say on States Members' pay.
There are currently three pay bands for politicians in the Bailiwick.
The basic annual salary is £45,016 and increases for committee presidents and the head of the Policy and Resources committee.
An independent panel is evaluating these pay levels before the June 2025 election.

Panel Chair Richard Hamilton says the public's perspective is important to their research.
"It contributes a significant amount of the data that we will use.
We have spoken to the States Members and also researched other jurisdictions to consider what their positions are.
So we should have a really good collective pile of data to look at."
The survey will close on 26 May 2024.
Paper copies can be collected from Frossard House and Edward T Wheadon House in Guernsey, or the Island Hall in Alderney.
