Local companies and tradespeople are joining forces to transform a property on Victoria Road into supported accommodation for young adults.
Action for Children, which supports young people who are transitioning out of care or facing difficult personal circumstances, will have 7 new training flats in St Peter Port by September 2025.
The £2.5M project is being fully funded by Maison Saint Pierre, a local housing charity.
Wheeler Developments is leading the refurbishment on site at a discounted rate, while Norman Piette has provided the building materials.
Evans Architects Ltd and a number of local tradespeople are also playing a role in bringing the vision to life.
