Guernsey Coastguard have begun an investigation after a small motor boat become stranded on rocks off the QE2 marina
Coastguards say the accident happened just after 11pm on Saturday evening (21 September).
They say neither of the two crew were injured and there were no fuel or oil leaks into the sea.

An attempt to refloat the vessel on Sunday morning failed, but it was successfully dislodged at around 10.20 last night.
A source tells Island FM that if this had not happened, it could have sat there until mid October.

An investigation is under way into how the grounding happened.
