Guernsey's first Premier Inn is due to open on Tuesday 1st February.
The 100-bedroom Admiral Park hotel is now taking bookings for the spring through the chain's website.
It's being created as part of Comprop's £40 million redevelopment of the area.

The hotel was previously due to open to visitors in November 2021, but plans were delayed by the global impact of the Covid pandemic on travel.
Premier Inn's parent company, the Whitbread Group, is also opening its second hotel in Jersey around the same time.
It opens two weeks later on Valentine's Day.
