A young boy was taken to A&E as a precaution after being hit by a blue hatchback last night.
It happened on La Grande Route de St Clement by the Church at around 8:40pm yesterday evening.
The boy only suffered minor injuries.
The motorist stopped to speak to the boy to check on him, but drove off before the Police and ambulance arrived.
Police would like to speak to the driver of the car or anyone who may have seen the incident.
