Callie Le Guillou has been sentenced to three years and four months in prison for her involvement in the drug trade in Jersey.
Police first arrested the 32-year-old in February 2022 and found around £750 worth of Class A and B drugs at her address with £670 in cash, as well as scales.
Whilst officers were investigating her crimes, they found evidence that she was involved in the importation and supply of drugs.
After securing another search warrant in April 2023, police found cannabis resin worth around £2250 and Pregabalin, which is a Class C drug used to help with medical conditions, known as Lyrica or, on the street, as bud.
She was charged in July 2023 and pleaded guilty to all the charges except one.
Le Guillou denied failing to allow access to her mobile phone, but eventually she pleaded guilty to the final charge when she appeared in court in September 2023.
Following her jailing by Jersey’s Royal Court, Detective Sergeant Jim McGranahan who heads up the Drug Squad, said his team of officers ‘are highly motivated to keep the community safe.’
"We are committed to keeping illegal drugs off our streets and putting those who deal in illegal drugs and misery before the courts."
