Two men have had surgery for stab wounds following what police have described as 'two incidents' on the Wellington Park Estate in St Saviour.
Both men, who it's believed are known to each other, required hospital treatment for their wounds. Both are in a stable condition.
They have been arrested on suspicion of Grave and Criminal assault and other offences.
Police say one 'altercation' was at around 8pm and a second incident at 10.30pm.
Crime Scene Investigators and search officers are at the scene, and house to house enquiries are being conducted.
Police want to hear from any witnesses or anyone with CCTV or dash footage, and any taxi drivers that attended the estate last night.
"Anyone that has any information or who can help with this investigation is asked to contact police on 612612 (option 2 then option 4) or the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via their anonymous online form at Crimestoppers-uk.org"
