More than 23,000 passengers will travel through Jersey Airport over the next few days as islanders head off on their Easter breaks.
A Ports of Jersey spokesman says it's expecting the airport to be busy and advises allowing extra time to get through security:
"Between Thursday 18 April and Monday 22 April 2019, 23,000 passengers are expected to travel in and out of the Airport and with a high number of flights, this can create larger than usual volumes of passengers; therefore, sufficient time should be allowed for passengers checking in hold luggage and clearing central security."
Easter Monday is predicted to be the busiest day for inbound flights as islanders return in time for the new school term the following day.
We're being reminded chocolate eggs can be taken in hand luggage, as long as they don't contain any liquids.
