The schools that will represent their island in the the final of educational quiz the de Putron Challenge have been decided.
School teams gathered at the Royal Showground in Trinity on Tuesday (17 March) for the Jersey heat of the annual quiz, where they battled it out in brain power on the theme of 'Legacies that Last.'
The winning Year 6 team that will go on to represent Jersey at next week's inter-islands final is St Mary’s Primary School.
They will compete against Guernsey's Elizabeth College Junior School, which took victory in Guernsey earlier this month.
The Year 8 team that will take on their Guernsey counterparts are Victoria College.
Their challengers will be Les Beaucamps High School.
Last year, there were overall winners from both Jersey and Guernsey.
