A number of Condor sailings have been rescheduled throughout February, including during half term, due to essential works at Elizabeth Harbour.
Ports of Jersey says the work is to replace the fender in the west berth, a material that lies up the walls and underwater to protect ships from damage as they manoeuvre into the harbour.
Ports says it apologises for the inconvenience, but the nature of the work means the berth needs to be closed for five weeks from tomorrow (24 January).
"We have been in regular communication with the ferry companies and other stakeholders since autumn last year to ensure we minimise disruption to services."
Condor says, as a result of the berth closure, it has 'no option' but to reschedule some of its sailings for the month.
Customers affected have been contacted.
"We apologise for any inconvenience this will cause which is through circumstances out of our control."
