A motorist has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving following a crash last night (4 December) on Victoria Avenue.
Jersey Police want to speak to anyone who saw a blue Audi S5 and a black VW heading westbound.
The collision happened just after 8.30pm near the second layby and two parked cars were hit, along with a third vehicle that was on the carriageway.
The Audi and the VW had emerged from Gloucester Street onto Victoria Avenue, and officers have appealed for the VW driver to come forward.
No one was injured.
The driver of the Audi has been released on bail as investigations continue.
Police are looking for any dash cam footage which could have captured the incident, and to identify the vehicles involved.
