A serving Jersey Police officer arrested on suspicion of a sex offence while off duty in October won't face any further action.
The 48-year-old man was immediately suspended at the time of his arrest but has since been reinstated after being released from bail.
The States of Jersey Police say it's after the case was reviewed by the Law Officers Department.
