A man has been arrested after reports of a person shouting, swearing and making threats along the promenade in St Brelade's Bay.
Police say the area was busy with people enjoying the sunshine yesterday evening, and want to speak to anyone who saw it.
It happened between 6.30-8.50pm
The 28 year old has been questioned on suspicion of Disorderly Conduct, and of Indecent Assault following a separate report to police.
