Le Rocquier School's 50th anniversary begins this September, and a term of events, projects and celebrations are planned.
On the 8 September 2025, it will be 50 years since 200 students walked into the half-built Le Rocquier School - in September 1975.
For their 50th year, the school is holding special celebration with both past and present pupils.
An archive project is hoping to gather as many old photos and artefacts as possible from the last half-century of Le Rocquier.
The school is asking past students, parents and staff to find photos, booklets and memorabilia connected to the school, and share them via a sharing page.

The St Clement secondary is also looking for 'throwbacks' for the 'Then and Now' project from pupils of when they were at the school vs now. They want to create a large piece of work that captures the past and the present.
Members of the 1975 first entry of students will return on Monday 8 September - walking into the building just as they did 50 years earlier, and take part in a commemorative assembly to celebrate this event.

During the week commencing 10 November, the school will be open for daily tours during the day and evening. These will showcase as many old photos and artefacts as the school has gathered.
Andrew Adkin, Headteacher said:
“This is just our celebrations within the first term.
"Our Spring term will focus more on our current students and links to the past within lessons and assemblies and during our summer term we hope to offer further opportunities to celebrate.
"Le Rocquier School is and has been, a part of many people’s lives and we hope to share this unique year with as many of them as possible.”
