Jersey Police are receiving additional help in the search for Thomas Frost.
A Police Search Advisor (POLSA) from Guernsey has flown over to help find the missing 51-year-old and offer additional advice and guidance.
It has nearly been a week since Thomas went missing.
The search has involved Jersey Search and Rescue, Jersey Fire and Rescue, Channel Island Air Search, Jersey Coastguard, CI Search and the Honorary Police.
The main focus of the search has been around the north-west of the island, with appeals for CCTV, door camera, honesty box and dashcam footage.
Residents in the western areas of the island are also asked to check their properties, sheds, outhouses and nearby fields.
Missing person posters have also been put up around St. Ouen, where he was last seen, and St. Peter.
Last Saturday (11 February), Thomas was at his parents’ house near L’Etacq, but was reportedly missing from around 10 pm.
He's described as 5ft 10, of medium build with greying hair and is believed to be wearing a crimson red T-shirt underneath a navy shirt with white buttons and navy jeans.
Thomas also may be wearing a light grey hoodie over his shirt and it is still thought that he didn’t have shoes on him when he disappeared.
