A series of summer wellness events are starting next week at the Waterfront.
Free yoga and tai chi classes are taking place led by experienced instructors, next Tuesday and Thursday at midday,
This is part of Jersey Development Company's summer programme for the Waterfront.
The classes run from 4 June to 19 September and are open to all ages and abilities.
No booking is required for these events, which will run twice a week - unless the weather has other ideas.

Lee Henry, Jersey Development Company's CEO, hopes these free events will be beneficial to islanders:
"One of our focuses is mental and physical health and ensuring we have healthy islanders.
"So it's an opportunity for people to come out of the offices, come out of their homes at these lunchtimes and come and enjoy some gentle exercises.
"We're looking at these events, promoting them as being free for islanders because we don't want there to be any barriers for islanders to come and enjoy an activity at the Waterfront."
The Jersey Development Company also plan to offer DJ-led Ibiza classics events at the IFC's Trenton Square on Friday evenings in July.
This is subject to the organisation getting permission from the Bailiff.
