The last plane that formed part of Blue Islands’ fleet has left Jersey Airport.
Blue Islands confirmed it was ceasing operations last month.
At the time of its collapse, the failed airline owed millions in landing fees and other services. Three of its leased ATR planes were in Jersey and two in Guernsey.
The 2-ISLO was the last blue-branded aircraft in Jersey.
It departed at 3pm yesterday (13 December) bound for Copenhagen, reportedly going to a regional Norwegian airline.
