Team Guernsey's flag bearer and water carrier have been chosen for next month's Island Games in Orkney.
Triathlete Amy Critchlow will carry the Guernsey flag as she leads out the team at the opening ceremony on 12 July.
Amy has represented the island at four previous Island Games and won medals at each of them, and took individual bronze when Guernsey hosted the last games in 2023, as well as team gold.
"It was a really lovely surprise to be selected and such a massive honour to represent Team Guernsey in this way."
Amy is also a member of the triathlon management team and runs the junior section of the Guernsey Triathlon Club. She leads Tri-a-Tri for novices triathletes.

Meanwhile, 14 year old badminton player Medha Vallapureddy will be Guernsey's water carrier. She is the youngest member of the badminton squad and has been playing since the age of seven.
Medha has represented Guernsey in the Under 19 inter-insular match at the age of nine, and has gone on to represent the island at county level for the last two seasons.
More recently, she became Senior Island Women's Champion in Guernsey last December meaning she heads to the Island Games as the highest ranked player in the women's singles.
"It's an incredible honour to represent Guernsey off-island and I think this is such an amazing opportunity for me."
The water was collected from Bordeaux Harbour on Monday (23 June) and will travel to Orkney, where Medha will carry it in a traditional copper can to Orkney's fountain to mix with water brought from all the competing islands.
