Jersey is staging its third Super League triathlon this weekend, with Jersey and Guernsey athletes amongst the field.
Some of the biggest names in the sport are in the island for two days of races around the Waterfront and Elizabeth Marina.
The likes of Jonny Brownlee and Georgia Taylor-Brown will be trying to dethrone reigning champions Katie Zaferes and Vincent Luis.
Local athletes Jersey's Ollie Turner and Guernsey's Josh Lewis were given wildcards to compete. In a behind-the-scenes video the pair said they're hoping for lots of home support:
The women's semi-final Enduro starts at 2pm, with the men getting underway at 4pm.
There's also junior, youth and corporate races taking place.
TV presenter Louise Minchin is also taking part in the Triathlon tomorrow, while she's in Jersey for the Festival of Words.
"This is my first time visiting Jersey and I am really looking forward to it. I have done several age group sprint triathlons, but I haven’t taken part in the Enduro format that Super League offers, so this is another first for me.
The fast transitions are going to be my biggest challenge, but I can’t wait to take in the atmosphere. It is going to be an action-packed weekend – from talking about my new book at the Festival of Words to competing on the same course as professional athletes. I can’t wait!"
