More than £455,000 has now been donated to the Bailiff's fund to help the people of Ukraine.
As the conflict continues, millions of Ukrainians have been displaced and are being forced to leave their homes.
A fifth tranche of £70,000 has been transferred to the Disaster Emergencies Committee to help them and other agencies with their work.
The Bailiff, Richard McMahon, has been delighted by the reaction from islanders.
"The response by the people in Guernsey, showing amazing generosity, has been fantastic. There have been some extremely generous single donations but any amount, whether large or small, is sincerely appreciated and enables the DEC and its partner agencies to continue their vital work.
As we have recently been commemorating and celebrating our own Liberation from an oppressor and ongoing liberty, we have been reminded of the effects of war especially when it also affects civilians.
Sadly, the effects in the Ukraine are likely to be around for a long time so whatever we can do to help will be welcomed by those who receive it.”
The Bailiff's Disaster Relief Fund has acted as a focus for Guernsey donations for more than two-decades; supporting fund-raising initiatives highlighted by the Disasters Emergency Committee, like the ongoing war in Ukraine.

Donations can also be made directly through the Red Cross, UNICEF and the Disasters Emergency Committee websites.
In addition to public donations, Guernsey's government pledged £500,000 to the DEC.
