The serving Bailiff will meet staff at the Bailiff's Cross Dairy on its platinum anniversary.
Sir Richard McMahon will tour the Dairy on an auspicious occasion.
Operations director Andrew Tabel says that 75 years ago today, the head of the States Dairy Committee, Jurat Ernest de Garis, poured raw milk from a churn into the processing plant, and the Dairy was in production.
"The Dairy used to accept milk from farmers that way and it used to tipped into the big tank and weighed out and that's how farmers got paid."
The Dairy still operates from the same building, but has modernised:
"Now, we pump into a metred tanker system. We have seen incremental changes over the 75 years."
Space is an issue and because of this, cheese production was stopped last year, so the Dairy is now producing milk in all its varieties, butter, buttermilk - for the catering industry - cream and ice cream.
The STSB, which looks after the Dairy for the States, has tried over the years to get the political approval and funding for new premises and Mr Tabel says that is ongoing:
"There is work going on behind the scenes to develop an outline business case and take that forward."
Today Sir Richard will meet four staff who have amassed 30 years of service each at the Bailiff's Cross.
