A house built around a German bunker at Rocquaine is up for sale as a 'one off.'
Bunker Six Eighty One housed up to 12 German soldiers during Guernsey's occupation in the Second World War.
After a four-year renovation project, it is now thought to be the only fully converted personnel bunker on British soil.
It's gone on the local market for £1,795,000.

Speaking to Island FM last autumn, Brad Ogier, Director of BDL Developments, said they wanted to retain the bunker’s story while ensuring it felt comfortable and homely.
"Features like the hinges from the steel-armoured gas door and ventilation ducts have been thoughtfully preserved – they provide great talking points.
"It’s been a true labour of love spanning five years, but I think we’ve managed to combine luxury with original WWII features in an interesting way."
The project involved removing 144 tonnes of two-metre thick reinforced concrete walls and floor.
The property - on a 2.5-acre plot - has three bedrooms and bathrooms, sea views from a rooftop garden and a newly-built living and kitchen extension.
Property developers BDL acquired the bunker in 2018 and reimagined the space with A7 Architecture.
It's being advertised by estate agents as a 'truly bespoke, one off and unique home.'
