The 10 wealthiest residents of the Channel lslands have a combined fortune of just under £16 billion, according to the latest Sunday Times Rich List.
Whisky tycoons Glenn Gordon and family, in Jersey, remain in top spot.
However, their wealth declined by more than one and half billion pounds to £4.7 billion, as the spirit group William Grant & Sons (Glenfiddich, Grant’s and Drambuie) profits fell by 30%.
Chris and Sarah Dawson, founders of homeware store the Range, remain second with £2.6 billion, while tech entrepreneur Simon Nixon is third (£2.05bn) All are listed as Jersey-based.
Guernsey's Douglas and Dame Mary Perkins and fund manager Steve Lansdown complete the top five, reflecting the 2025 Sunday Time Rich List for the Channel Islands.

The rest of the CI top ten wealthiest are in Jersey, with Steve Morgan taking sixth place. The 73 year old is the former Chairman of Redrow housebuilders and Wolverhampton Wanderers FC.
Two other new names are hedge fund manager Edoardo Mercadante with a surging wealth of £846 million and private equity firm founder Donald Mackenzie - a Rich List re-entry with a £750 million fortune
In tenth spot is Michael Clarke and family (510m).
Combined, the top ten in the CI are worth £15.92bn.
The Sunday Times Rich List is described as the definitive guide to wealth in the UK, charting the fortunes of the 350 richest residents. This year, they hold a combined wealth of £783.5 billion - a sum larger than the annual GDP of Belgium, Sweden and Israel.
Sir Elton John, Lord Lloyd-Webber, Sir Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, JK Rowling, Charlotte Tilbury and Sir Lewis Hamilton all appear in the annual survey.
Robert Watts, who compiles the list, says many foreign billionaires have dropped out because they have move away from the UK.
"We have also seen a sharp rise in the number of British nationals now resident in Dubai, Switzerland and Monaco. As UK nationals these people remain on our Rich List — wherever they now live."
The numbers are based on assets including land and property, and significant shares in publicly quoted companies. It excludes bank accounts.
