Alderney FC wants footballers to move to the most northerly Channel Island to play football for the island team.
The squad is looking to boost its numbers in the next season by promoting island life.
Chairman and coach Robert Kirkland took to social media and online 'players wanted' pages to boost this unique recruitment drive and appeal to skilled and aspiring players.

He told Island FM he hopes this move will benefit the island side.
"This coming season, we've signed two new players. We've got a number of men who've also raised their hands and have shown an interest in joining our Guernsey contingent of players.
"If we get some that sign on before Christmas, we'll target the higher-level cup competitions.
"If we sign two or three players, then we'll go back to the Priaulx, which is the premier competition, and we'll look to compete in that again."

He says players who take up the opportunity of becoming part of a football club at the centre of island life have the chance to move to one of the most beautiful islands in the world.
"It is paradise here... incredible beaches, incredible community.
Footballers looking to pack their bags and move to Alderney will have to go through an immigration process. However, the football club's chairman says it is nowhere near as hard as Jersey and Guernsey's.
"You will need an employment or opportunity to work, which we can help source and find.
"We've got experts on hand to help you through that process."
