A moped rider has died in an alleged hit-and-run in southwest London.
The rider collided with a car in Kingston, and the vehicle's driver failed to stop, according to the Metropolitan Police.
The crash happened on Saturday at 11.37pm on Wood Street at the junction with Horse Fair.
Police said the moped rider, a 22-year-old man, died at the scene.
But the driver of the car, which is described as dark-coloured, allegedly drove off.
Police are now trying to find the motorist.
No arrests have been made at this stage, and specialist officers are supporting the victim's family.
Detectives are appealing for witnesses, or anyone with information, including dash cam footage, to come forward.
