Work has started on replacing 80 year old water mains on Rouge Bouillon.
The road is down to one lane between Queen's Road and Midvale Road.
Jersey Water says it has started work during the half-term holidays to minimise disruption, but that the road closure will continue into next week.
Rouge Bouillon will be closed on Monday for a mains renewal project. The road will be open from Robin Hood to Midvale road. One lane will be open from junction at Queens rd to Robin Hood. We apologise for any inconvenience caused whist undertaking this essential work. pic.twitter.com/RFrEBtA7Qb
