For the first time since 2020, goslings have hatched at Jersey Zoo.
Jersey Zoo has welcomed nine goslings of one of the smallest goose species in the world.
The red-breasted goose can be found in Eastern European countries and breeds in Arctic Russia.

Threats such as hunting and trapping, climate change, human disturbance, and predators have contributed to the continued decline of the species.
Keepers have been caring for the nine goslings behind the scenes to give them the best chance of survival.
Once fully grown and a lot less fluffy, they will join the rest of the gaggle, which are free-roaming around the zoo.
