The 2026 Liberation International Music Festival runs from 8 - 18 May and features over 20 events, including a new event at La Hougue Bie.
One again, the annual festival is bringing together world-class international artists with local talent.
Several outreach events and music workshops will be taking place in schools and care homes across the two weeks.
Ticketed events for the public this year include solo and orchestra performances at a variety of venues:
9 May: Opening Event - Liberation Day Concert with Sir Willard White and the Jersey Chamber Orchestra at Jersey Opera House
10 May: St Ouen's Manor Musical Walk
11 May: Sir Willard White, Harriet Mackenzie (Violinist), and Anna Tilbrook (pianist) perform at St Helier Methodist Church
12 May: 'Fairy Tales from Paris', a One-Piano, Four-Hands Concert at St Helier Town Church
15 May: 'Romantic Fire' chamber music, a violin, piano, and cello concert, including an international soloist at Jersey Arts Centre
16 May: Jazz at Hamptonne with Local Artists and Jazz Legend, Jon Rege
7 May: Hougue Bie Festival of Music and Poetry, a rotation of three performances at different parts of the site

All money raised goes towards Music in Action's educational and outreach programme, which in 2025 reached over 6,000 children, 64 individual bursary students, over 30 care homes and over 150 educational workshops.
