The quarterly funding initiative offers financial assistance for Jersey artists to produce new work or to develop their creative process.
The grants, awarded to ten Jersey artists, will help create a comedy short film, a debut album and a new play, as well as develop other visual media, art and music.
Singer-songwriter Josh Hearmon is one of them, he says he will be using it to mix and master an album project:
"It's an eight-track album with a few interludes and intro songs as well.
"I'm also collaborating with a handful of local musicians and artists from the UK."
"I'm putting together a piece of work to talk about grief. It's provisionally titled 'Left or Leaving' and it's about dealing with loss in different forms."
"I've always had a guitar in my hands, my parents have been in bands and playing guitar and singing all their lives.
"The money is going towards the mixing and mastering, but the producing I'm doing at home in my little bedroom studio.
"I build the ideas, write the songs, and piece it together - it's supposed to be one continuous story throughout."

Small Development Grants are for awards below £1,500 for which there is a shorter application process and Large Development Grants are for awards between £1,500 and £5,000.
Artists of any age, working in any discipline can apply, including performing arts, literary arts, music, visual arts, technical artists and film.
The quarterly deadlines are 1 February, 1 May, 1 August and 1 November.
