Jersey Police have confirmed to Channel 103 that they arrested a teenage boy at Millbrook park on suspicion of sexual touching without consent.
It's understood officers were called out last Thursday (3 September) by a concerned parent at the park.
The suspect has been released on police bail while investigations continue.
His bail conditions include not entering the park, a curfew, and no contact with young people.
