A man's been fined £5,000 for a speedboat crash which left a Jersey man with life-changing injuries.
38-year-old Michael Dorynek was sentenced in the Royal Court today.
He admitted operating a ship without due care and attention in St Brelade's Bay in July 2017.
The speedboat ploughed into a jetski carrying lawyer Giles Corbin, that almost caused him to lose his leg.
