Part of the roof of a home in St Lawrence has collapsed following a fire.
Crews were called to the property at around 8.30pm last night.
They say the blaze had been burning for some time until those living there heard a loud bang and saw smoke.

A section of the roof collapsed because of the intensity of the heat.
Crew Commander Laurens said: “On discovering that fire had broken out, the occupants followed the Get out Stay out Cal 999 campaign advice, leaving the Fire Service with just a fire to deal with.”
