The Parish of St Helier has submitted plans to upgrade a current playground and create another in Parade Gardens.
The parish is hoping to create one site for children aged seven and over and another for those under six.
Both park proposals have been put forward for planning permission.
The project will cost £750,000, a figure agreed in July at a Parish Assembly.
Park one, aimed at those seven and over, will involve a refurbishment of the existing playground in the park, if the application is successful.
The second park for the youngsters would be created from scratch next to existing cafe.

In the first park, the Parish of St Helier wants to add a seesaw, trampoline, rota bounce, slide, hex swing, drum set and boulders.
The team are also aiming to be inclusive with their new design and want to build a wheelchair accessible roundabout and a sensory climbing dome.
They hope that children playing in this park will develop 'better body awareness' and those with additional needs such as autism and ADHD will be brought 'relief'.

The second park has the aim of creating a 'secure and safe play area that can be easily supervised by parents'.
It is proposing sensoring planting areas and play equipment.
The planning application states the park designs take inspiration from a recently completed play area in St Martin's Village.
