Kismet Cabana is the latest Jersey business to announce it is closing its doors.
The beach-side popular paella place is shutting shop after nine years of serving food at St Brelade's Ouaisne Bay.
It's owner Chris Lister tells us rising costs have certainly been a factor in his decision to close:
"I think the fact that people are watching their money a lot more has made it a little bit harder.
"But also it makes us happy that the people who have got money to go our and spend and go out and pay for breakfast and lunch, they've chosen us to do it with."

The father of two did say one of the main reasons for taking a step back was to spend more time with his family:
"There's family. We got the dog, we got Cody and then two years later we got our daughter Marley-Ray, then another three years after that we had our son Alfie.
"So I've got a three year old and a six year old. It's great having a little bit of time off in the winter, but it doesn't make up for the other 10 months of the year where you don't see them when you're off on a weekend.
"That's one of the major things I think, trying to have more of a work-life balance as well."
Chris has promised though to go out in style with an all-day party with a silent disco, drinks and, of course, paella.

In a statement, co-owners Chris and Summer say they have come a long way since their early days and will now branch out to new horizons:
"It’s our way of celebrating the journey with everyone who’s been part of it.
"We’re so proud of what Kismet Cabana has become, and we’re looking forward to a new chapter focused on taking our private catering to the next level."
The farewell party is on 9 November from 3:00 pm and tickets are sold out.
