One of Jersey’s longest-standing businesses is lending its support to Channel 103's Customer Service Awards - celebrating the people and organisations who go the extra mile for customers across the Island.
Normans is the headline sponsor for The Customer Service Awards 2026 in association with Channel 103.
The Awards recognise and celebrate the people, teams and businesses across the Island who deliver outstanding customer service every day. The support reinforces the role Normans plays in the local community.
Martina McGibney, Managing Director of Normans, said: “Normans has been part of Jersey life for 186 years, and customer service has always been central to what we do. As The Trades’ Best Mate, we support builders, tradespeople, artisans, growers and islanders taking on projects of all sizes.
"We’re proud to sponsor the Customer Service Awards 2026 and help recognise the people and businesses who go the extra mile for customers every day.”
Channel 103's Managing Director James Keen added, "We're delighted to welcome Normans as headline sponsor of the Customer Service Awards 2026.
"They are a business with an outstanding reputation for putting customers first, making them the perfect partner for an event that celebrates the very best in customer service in our island.
"Every day we hear stories of individuals and businesses going above and beyond, and we encourage everyone to take a few moments to nominate those who deserve to be recognised.”
Nominations are open until 31st July. The awards will be presented to the winners at the awards ceremony on 17th September at the Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel.
