A 23 year old motorcyclist has died following an accident during the Five Mile Road sprint race.
Police have named the rider as Kieran Le Bail.
In a statement the force says he died from injuries he suffered in an accident on Saturday (24 June).
The event on the Five Mile Road in St Ouen’s Bay is organised by the Jersey Motorcycle and Light Car Club.
The police are compiling a report in conjunction with the Deputy Viscount.
