The Jersey Employment Forum has reopened a consultation on the minimum wage.
After originally closing on 31 July, the forum says 'in the light of recent interest' the consultation will be open until 18 September.
It's after a controversial debate sparked over comments made by the Economic Development Minister, Deputy Gerald Voisin, in the Jersey Evening Post.

The debate had polar opposite weigh-ins from other Deputies and the Chamber of Commerce.
Reform Co-leader Montfort Tadier called such ideas 'exploitative,' with the Chamber calling for a review, saying that for the sake of growth, some people should be paid less.
The Chief Minister stepped in, however, reassuring the public that there are 'no plans' to scrap the minimum wage in Jersey.
He said that Deputy Voisins' comment broke the Ministerial Code.

He will be expected to resign if he breaks conduct rules again.
