Kieran Walker (42) has been jailed for four and half years by Jersey's Royal Court for smuggling cocaine into Jersey concealed in Kinder egg cases hidden in his underwear.
Walker was stopped by Customs and Immigration Officers as he arrived off a ferry from Portsmouth last September.
He was travelling with his stepbrother, Grant Adams (45), and told officers he was in the island to visit a friend called 'Aaron'.
Their vehicle was searched and several swabs taken tested positive for cocaine. Both brothers admitted to cocaine and cannabis use.
Walker later admitted that he was carrying cocaine and produced a tobacco pouch from his underwear that was found to contain cocaine in three plastic egg-shaped confectionary cases.
Approximately 57 grams of cocaine with a street value of £14,300 was seized.
Further enquiries led to the arrest of Brannan at Jersey Airport departures the following day, where officers discovered over £2,400 in cash and other items linked to the investigation.
Walker was sentenced to 4.5 years in prison for the importation of cocaine and for being involved with criminal property.
His brother Adams was jailed for six months for the importation of a small amount of herbal cannabis and for being involved in an agreement concerning criminal property. He denied knowing his brother was carrying cocaine.
The third man, Aaron Brannan, aged 34, also from Manchester, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for attempting to remove cash from the island and intending to pervert the course of justice.

Following the sentencing, Paul Le Monnier, Senior Manager at the Jersey Customs and Immigration Service, said:
“Drug importations will not be tolerated and those who attempt to launder the proceeds only serve to further fuel drug trafficking.
"JCIS remain committed to safeguarding our community from the harm caused by illegal drugs”.
